GM,破産法手続きは時間との勝負


今年度に負債圧縮や海外事業の売却を急ぎ、筋肉質な体制にする。
しかし、優良資産の新会社への譲渡を破産裁判所が７月10日までに承認しない場合、政府が支援を打ち切る可能性があり、破産法手続きは時間との勝負になる。
